Metung Beautiful Even In The Cold And Wet

In an earlier post I stated that I would like to see more of Metung the place where I live and surrounding areas, so even though today was a miserable, cold and very wet day, we decided to go exploring. We rugged up in our raincoats, left our cosy fire and went for a short drive not far from the main road in Metung to a lookout. We found lots of bushland, trees, lots with fallen branches and even a tee pee/ humpy that someone has built. It was quite interesting and worth braving the wet and cold. I'm grateful for the beautiful place in which we live, and that is Metung.
